NONE of these cases ever saw the inside of a court room, just as I predicted because there’s just TOO many conflicting versions, TOO much evidence “missing”, a MONTHS long “investigation” that leaves too many questions, and too many illogical explanations for everything that was done.

When I contacted the investigators I asked a few questions to see just how through this investigation was.

I asked if any of the other 5 women had been interviewed to show a pattern of abuse at the jail? ANS: NO

So the argument of "when you need to stop the bleeding or treat your chest pain" is invalid. Other states do it better, more efficiently, and at a lot less cost to the taxpayer. For 3 years I've dealt with a mentally ill person who purports to be a BREEDER/RESCUE/KENNEL, (puppy miller supplementing her state disability and whatever else she gets while making money selling dogs "internationally") depending on who's asking. They had between 10 and 26, Gotti line/Razors edge pits, and some backyard "pedigrees" loose on about 10 acres, and they promptly began killing each other. Our illustrious "Code Enforcement" proceeded to issue them a conditional use permit for 15 dogs. Didn't matter that nothing on the entire property was legal except the well and the power to it. It took us 3 years to finally rid these callous, cold hearted, WELL CONNECTED, animal abusers, from our valley. Since they had too many dogs and could only keep 4 per residence, Greg Beck, DHS, and in charge of the animal programs, came up with the brilliant idea to "GET THEM IN COMPLIANCE", he allowed them to put 4 dogs at one vacant home on one side of me and 4 dogs in another vacant home, on the other side of me, not counting the numerous dogs inside the house they were using for a kennel while holding over on the landlord. They kept staying, while the dogs ripped the home to shreds, because animal control said they could and they had no where else to put them. They were't regularly fed or watered, kept in pens about 4x5, amongst several abandoned vehicles. I reported this condition to animal control, as it was the first heat wave of the summer with temps around 90 degrees. They had no shade, food or water and were extremely vicious. Also the perimiter fencing had become useless, basically leaving the community in jeopardy. I called animal control 3 or 4 days in a row to get some help for these animals suffering in the extreme heat. Finally, about the 4th day, animal control showed up and "helped" them put tarps up for shade and water the animals (didn't know that was their job also) . (don't forget about the other 4 dogs at the other vacant home on the other side of me, they didn't get food or water either). When I went to check if someone came that day, I was promptly assaulted by one of the owners on his quad, running me off the road. It gets better, the sheriffs office did nothing about the assault (which was on video) and made a point to tell animal control that I was trespassing........I'm not a fool, wouldn't step foot on their grounds. They are extremely litigious, dumb and grandma has money.......no collars, no tags, no regular vaccinations, cited for running a kennel without a permit and warned over, and over, and over, and over again. They then proceeded to (after they stalked me for 2 years) attempt to get an injunction/restraining order against me. After 2,000 for an attorney and 1,000 pages of reports from animal control about horrific conditions, THANKFULLY, I was found to have not done anything wrong, thus denying the restraining order, As a result of this hearing.......and 1,000 pages of reports, I read things like dogs jumping out of windows of one vacant house, into the kennel with 3 other pits who immediately started killing it. ANIMAL CONTROL observed the cage beginning to come apart and ran for their lives out of the yard......But they're "in compliance" said Beck. About that same time frame, animal control was again there, when they found a pit bull, tied to a wall in the well shed, with 6 to 8 piles of feces and 2 spots where she tried to dig out,.......WITH A BROKEN JAW, being hidden from the officers there......supposedly, someone tied the dog to their fence (of a vacant home) because she is a "rescue" (that breeds the rescue dogs also) and she was going to have it put down (when???). Animal Control, LEFT the dog there all day and threatened to write her up for cruelty if the dog wasn't handled by the end of the day. According to what I read, animal control officers also allowed this dog to continue to suffer until they came back at the end of the day, impounded the dog and euthanized it on the spot........NO CITATION...It gets better.......After living next door to a "dog pound" on both sides of me, I was then attacked by 2 pits bulls from one of the vacant homes, while riding my horse. We ran about 1/2 mile with 2 pits on our tail (youtube see chased by pit bulls on Metzelfelts video singing his own praises for the "new spay and neuter law" that will help weed out irresponsible owners....bla, bla,bla.....My beautiful horse I've owned for 9 years, is now permanently unridable (I retired and moved here to ride my horses) and this has just broken my heart. My wonderful Cowboy, ran, screaming, trying to keep me afloat while pit bulls are biting him and trying to get ahead of us and lunging at his throat. I will NEVER forget this horrible several minutes of my life. Animal control lied about the dogs and attempted to cover this up. They wouldn't take pictures of the dogs, wouldn't let me see the dogs to identify them, and advised them to put locks on the cages (which they were doing while I'm on the ground with the paramedics and my animal had just emerged with many wounds from fighting the pit bulls after I fell off trying to hit one that bit him in the shoulder with my reins). These dogs hadn't been visited for about 4 days either. Animal control gave them time to shore up the kennels, put locks on and tops on and reported they all had collars and tags and locks on the cages and no way was it their dogs,,,,,,,,,.until I saw the dog on my "accidental" video during the chase. Must have had an angel on my shoulder that day. My camera turned on and off 3 times that I didn't even know of......and I got a picture of one of the dogs.. Went to small claims court on this and guess who's testifying on behalf of the dogs?? ANIMAL CONTROL........ .I didn't mention the horses she continued to starve over there, that kept breaking out and split his knee open running the neighborhood, the pig and goat that went "missing" and if I didn't try to help those poor animals, no one was going to, It goes on and on and on, and thankfully, finally coming to a close. Although my life is altered forever as we have not since left our yard, my wonderful horse that I now need to medicate for pain as he ran the cartilidge out of 3 ankles and is permanently crippled, care for him every day and just cry because he didn't deserve that. He saved my life when he took the dogs with him after I fell off at a full gallop. I then lived with these dogs on both sides of me for another 2 months. By design, these dog owners own nothing in their names, don't have collars and tags on the dogs and deny, deny and lie and lie and animal control condones this horrific situation. This is only one part of the many varieties of abuse, neglect and irresponsibility animal control keeps ignoring............and allowing to continue.
